Veterans in the Greater Lansing are who are eligible for VA medical care can access primary care treatment at the Lansing Community Outbased Clinic (CBOC).  The clinic is located at 2025 S. Washington Avenue, Lansing, MI (517) 267-3925.  Primary Care services are provided on an appointment basis.

VA Fm 10-10ez is used to apply for VA Medical Care.  This can be done online or by completing the application and forwarding it  to the VA medical facility of your choice.  Note that if you are applying for care at the Lansing Community Outbased Clinic please forward your application for healthcare benefits to the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037.

VA Health Benefits website has information about the services provided by the VA Health Care system.  If you are enrolled in the VA health care program you have coverage under the standards set forth by the Affordable Care Act.

Emergency Care at non-VA medical facilities may/may not be at VA expense.  An emergency is defined as a condition of such a nature that a prudent layperson would reasonably expect that delay in seeking immediate medical attention would be hazardous to life or health.  This link will define whether your non-VA medical care is covered at VA expense.
